PURPOSE OF THE MODEL
Make the development process visible, not just the result.
The model’s core purpose is to expand the child’s movement repertoire, support body awareness and help build a safe, positive relationship with sport.
Data is used not for ranking or early sport selection, but to improve educational content according to the child’s needs.

The child’s age, readiness and fundamental movement skills are observed in a play environment.
Experience & Education
Varied experience is provided through different movement patterns, games and stations.
Monitoring & Analysis
Development is followed over time through the child’s own journey.

Families receive clear feedback and development recommendations for the next period.

A report is not a scorecard.
The periodic JAS23 report presents the child’s strengths, observed progress, areas that can be supported and movement suggestions for home in clear language.- Observation-based explanations

ETHICAL BOUNDARIES
Measurement is not labelling.
No comparison
Children are not ranked; they are assessed only within their own development journey.
No early sport decision
No sport is recommended to a child on the basis of a single measurement or observation.
Privacy is essential
Only the minimum data required for educational purposes is used and shared with the family.
No genetic test requirement
Genetic testing is not mandatory at any stage of participation in JAS23 programmes.
